Article (6):
In exchange for the second party providing all its services under this contract, the first party is obligated to pay the second party an amount of ten thousand (10,000) dirhams annually, and this amount represents the only right that the first party owes.
Article (7):
The duration of this contract is one calendar year starting from the date of issuance of the license document, and it is automatically renewed for other similar periods, unless one of the parties informs the other party by means of a registered letter at its address indicated at the beginning of this contract of its desire not to renew at least two months before its expiry date.
Article (8):
The relationship between the two parties is limited to the obligations referred to in this contract, and in no way can the two parties be considered partners or responsible for any financial obligations that may arise as a result of the first party's practice of its activity in the Emirate of Dubai.
Article (9):
Any dispute that arises between the two parties regarding the interpretation of the terms of this contract will be resolved amicably, and in case of disagreement, the Dubai Courts are the competent authority to adjudicate it.
Article (10):
1. This contract does not affect in any way the full ownership of the company for its business and includes all its bank accounts and assets as well as its name and trade mark under which it conducts its business. The company reserves its absolute right to conduct its business separately and away from any business of the agent according to its own authority and decisions.
2. It is not permissible for the agent to interfere in any business of the company unless it is requested by the company in writing or upon its request.
Article (11): Maintaining Confidentiality
The two parties must at all times during the validity or after the end of this contract not to disclose any confidential information related to the manner in which the other party's business is performed.
